Distinctive, compelling photography – none of which picture children Saint Francis Ministries serves for confidentiality’s sake – throughout the site convey emotion with engaging activities and environments that foster connection. Copy is simple and brief. Clear navigation is supported by clickable homepage visuals that show visitors how to interact with the site and lead to areas where there is the greatest need. Saint Francis Ministries fundraising arm also enjoyed the software for donor management, grant and gift tracking integrated into the new website. Closed loops and improved user experience funneled visitors to calls to action that prompted them to donate, learn more and volunteer.
