We’ve developed multiple HR campaigns to encourage eating right, moving more, reducing stress and stopping smoking. Basically, promoting living balanced, happy, healthy lives. “Wellness Works” and “Fit4Life” aren’t simply campaigns. They’re labors of love. Because when you feel better, you can do more and quite possibly live longer.
Our initial outreach included planning and coordination for multiple grand-opening events: VIP, media, neighborhood and staff. We created a die-cut, Caribbean-inspired passport invitation that could be stamped for drawings, including free cruises. Designed a keepsake booklet playing up Royal Caribbean’s cruising heritage and community spirit. Pitched broadcast and print media. Scheduled live TV and radio appearances. The ship left the dock right, and it’s been sailing smoothly since.
